As President of Lodge Construction,
Cabot “CL” Dunn’s primary objective is to cultivate
the company through precise planning,
targeted expansion and strong leadership. He earned his Class A General Contractor License in 1985 and has been responsible for the day-to-day operations of Lodge Construction, including personally organizing, managing and contracting all phases of numerous construction projects. Additionally, CL is also an active Senior Project Manager.
CL's main objectives are to perform and deliver as promised and to exceed expectations of each and every client. He is fully dedicated to providing the most proactive, productive and knowledgeable approach to construction management.
Expert at scheduling, job cost analysis
and financial planning, as well as sub-contractor negotiations, tracking and supervision, CL has over 26-years of proven experience enabling him to effectively deal with both the technical and non-technical project specifications necessary for successful and efficient project management.
Each project team is designed to capitalize on the strong skills suited for each particular project. With a natural affinity for value engineering, it is CL's responsibility to fully realize the goals of each project and to develop realistic, financial plans and schedules to maximize the end result. Integrity in all aspects of construction is at the forefront of each endeavor.
