As president of Lodge Construction,
Cabot “CL” Dunn’s objective is to grow
the company through careful planning,
team building and training, targeted development and expansion and strong leadership. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, as well as for personally organizing, managing and contracting all phases of several on-going construction projects.
Committed to providing the most
productive, proactive and knowledgeable approach to construction management, Dunn founded Lodge Construction in 1988 with the primary objective to perform and deliver as promised.
Expert at scheduling, job cost analysis
and financial planning, as well as sub-contractor negotiations, tracking and supervision, Dunn has over 22-years of proven experience enabling him to effectively deal with both the technical and non-technical project specifications necessary for successful and efficient project management.
Dunn earned his Class A general contractor license in 1985, and continues to hone his skills and knowledge through annual contractor qualifying and certification classes concentrating on a myriad of subjects, including: estimating, engineering and construction law.
With a natural affinity for value engineering, Dunn fully understands the relationship between project goals and the need for developing realistic and responsible financial plans and budgets to maximize the end result.
