As vice president of Lodge Construction, Michael Dunn is responsible for organizing, managing and contracting all phases of construction from the initial planning and design stage through completion to ensure that each phase of every project is delivered in the most effective manner.
Expert at scheduling, job cost analysis
and financial planning, as well as sub-contractor negotiations, tracking and supervision, Dunn has over 20-years of hands-on experience successfully dealing with both the technical and non-technical project specifications necessary for effective and efficient project management.
His ability to assess projects in a realistic
manner, estimate the scope and division of work and value engineer proposals and related job costs is unequalled, as is his talent for building and nurturing long-term relationships.
A firm believer in the value of education,
Dunn sharpens his expertise and knowledge through annual continuing education in civil engineering technology, construction law and estimating and purchasing methodology. In 2000, he received his project management certification from the Construction Institute of Sarasota.
Always one-step ahead of the competition;
Dunn’s extensive knowledge of the construction industry is complemented by his technological and innovative approach to positioning Lodge Construction above the competition.
As treasurer of the Thomas Edison &
Henry Ford Winter Estates and an active board member of the Redlands Christian Migrant Association School Board, among other community affiliations, Dunn’s strong leadership skills and talent for putting together competent teams is unparalleled. |
