• Review of project requirements, general scope of work and intent
• Preparation of design & permitting schedule, not including all
  pre-constriction activity *
• Preparation of all necessary surveys and cost estimates
  for replacements
• Provide review and recommendations for early procurement
• Provide cash flow projections for realistic fiscal management
• Provide monthly Project Management Information System (PMIS) reports, including: current progress, cost & billing reports, milestone review and updated project schedule
• Provide Direct Materials Purchase program review and cost benefits
• Compile preliminary scope review; bid manual and related contract conditions, task scheduling and coordination of key staff members
